Application Information for the Certificate Program in Clinical Health Care Ethics
Admission Standards and Policies
The graduate Certificate Program in Clinical Health Care Ethics adopts the standards and policies of Saint Louis University's Graduate School, as described in the Graduate Catalog. For further information, see here.
Program Prerequisites
- Applicants to the Certificate Program in Clinical Health Care Ethics must hold a bachelor's degree.
- Applicants to the Certificate Program in Clinical Health Care Ethics must have internet access.
Application Requirements
All application materials are to be submitted to Department of Health Care Ethics, ATTN: Certificate Program Applications, 221 North Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63103-2006. (The Program Director will walk application materials to the Graduate School.)
- Submit a $10.00 application fee payable to the Saint Louis University Graduate School. Complete the Application Form for the Certificate Program in Clinical Health Care Ethics and submit to the Saint Louis University Graduate School. Submit two letters of recommendation, using the Letter of Recommendation Form, to the Saint Louis University Graduate School. Submit a letter of intent describing your reasons for seeking admission to the Certificate in Clinical Health Care Ethics.
- Have the conferring institution mail (not FAX) directly to the Saint Louis University Graduate School an official transcript that shows an earned baccalaureate or graduate degree. Applicants for whom degree transcripts have not been received may be refused enrollment in graduate work.
Participants are admitted as part of a cohort to begin studies in the Fall semester. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis during the three-semester program (Fall, Spring, and Summer) prior to the beginning of the semester each Fall. Applications received after the Fall semester begins will be considered for the following Fall semester.
